The collection contains the final three-part, fifty-book translation manuscript as delivered to the University of Arizona Press for publication; a full project description as presented to the National Endowment for the Humanities; files containing project illustrations; floppy disks containing initial portions of the translations, as well as copies of Turner's relevant Oviedo publications including a biography; a booklet describing the encyclopedia's illustrations; an analysis of "Claribalte"; a copy of Columbus's diary used in Turner's research; and other articles and publications written by Turner.
